A group built on ownership, not transactions
We appoint leaders, set risk limits and fund growth, so each subsidiary can focus on serving its customers well.
ATW Financial Group owns and oversees four specialist financing businesses that serve individuals and companies, and holds every one of them to a single standard of capital, risk and conduct.
01Who we are
ATW does not lend or advise in its own name. Our subsidiaries do that work, each with its own team and customers. We set strategy, allocate capital and make sure every business meets the same standards.
We appoint leaders, set risk limits and fund growth, so each subsidiary can focus on serving its customers well.
Consumer credit, SME financing, venture capital and secured lending.

Individuals through our consumer business, companies through three business specialists.
Consumer enquiries in Kallang. Business, investor and media enquiries on Cecil Street.
Our name is our promise: to stay with the businesses we own, the customers they serve and our shareholders for the whole journey.

03Our commitments
Four commitments guide how ATW runs the group, whichever subsidiary a customer or investor deals with.
Each subsidiary has a capital budget and a return target approved by the Board. Capital goes where it earns a fair return within our risk appetite.
Credit, liquidity and operational limits are set at group level and reviewed every month. Subsidiary risk teams report to the Group Chief Risk Officer.
Our lending businesses assess affordability before they lend and explain the full cost of borrowing before anyone signs.
Independent directors, four Board committees and published policies, built to the standard of the SGX Listing Manual.
